Bottle Deposits: If this is your first order,
a $7.00 deposit will be charged on each
5 gal & 3 gal bottles delivered.
All bottle deposits are refunded upon return of the empty bottles in good condition.
Please note that the online invoice does not show this
refundable deposit and energy surcharge, but will be charged to your account.
Cancellation Fee: If Customer terminates service during the initial Term,
Customer will be charged a $35.00 administrative cancellation fee.
Late Fee: See Section 5 of the Terms and Conditions.
Returned Check Fee: $25.00

Please note that we deliver only to Greater Seattle metropolitan area (areas with USA zip codes 98001-98199). We are unable to deliver outside this region.
If you live outside the delivery region, please call us to let us know of your interest in our water delivery service,
and if there is sufficient demand, we will be able to plan delivery service to your area.
Also, please note that we do not accept American Express card for payment.
